They do something a little similar to some Western Christian monasteries, where you can stay there for a period and do some individual and some group practices, and there are also a couple resident lamas you can talk with about practice issues.  I haven't been there but know someone who has, and it seems like a very conducive and credible scene.  Thrangu R's. stuff is absolutely as good as it gets.</description><dc:creator xmlns:dc="http://purl.org/dc/elements/1.1/">Wm.
